When purchasing products from GEM Supply, you will be agreeing to the following terms of purchase.


MINIUMUM ORDER

We do not require a minimum order. 


DELIVERY TERMS

Due to certain conditions some items temporally may not be available to ship same day.  If the delay is to be extended we will advise you of the ship date and give the option to cancel the order and issue a credit or leave the order active and in process.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Store purchases may be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payment.  Credit card authorization and purchase charge occurs on order confirmation. Your credit card will show a charge from GEM Supply. Other payment options include Cash in Advance or charged to your prearranged GEM Supply charge account.


SALES TAX

As applicable, state sales tax will be added to your order.


SPECIAL ORDERS

Please note that some items may be a special order and could have lead times of 2-4 weeks for production.  All Special Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours. Special order items are Non-Returnable Items. Returns, Cancelations and exchanges are not accepted for any Special order items.  All cancelations may be subject to a credit card processing and any additional associated fees.


PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS

All prices on the website reflect the Buyer’s net cost in U.S. currency.  Prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state and local taxes, charges and duties.  Prices, colors and specifications are subject to change without notice.  Due to product enhancements and manufacturing changes, some item images shown could be a little different that items shipped. We are human and there may be times an item is listed wrong or could have an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct any wrong pricing and will allow the customer the right to cancel and receive a refund. We are not responsible for typographical errors. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. 

 
SHIPPING CALCULATIONS

Calculated freight charges are only for orders shipped to U.S. addresses. We do not ship out of the U.S.


CANCELATIONS & RETURNS

Please contact us the same day you place the order to cancel it as most orders ship same day.  All returns must get RMA number before return will be accepted, and returns must be shipped back to the warehouse from where they shipped.  Please call customer service at 800-422-9886 to get an RMA number.

·       A Customers choice to return will result in a 20% restocking fee.

·       No returns allowed over 30 days.

·       All machine sales are final and subject to manufacturer warranties.

·       No returns allowed on discontinued, overstock, close-out, special order or non-stock items.

Customer is responsible for freight on return of merchandise.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting and signing for delivery. If damage has occurred, buyer should refuse the delivery and call GEM Supply immediately at 800-422-9886.
